In 701BC King Hezekiah was facing impossible odds as the Assyrian army invaded and threatened to destroy Judah. With the prophet Isaiah at his side, Hezekiah stood firm and saw a great victory. Isaiah’s word of encouragement “If you don’t stand firm in your faith, you won’t stand at all” applies to us today as much as it did to Hezekiah all those years ago. Be strong! Stand firm and overcome!
